We offer a great all-inclusive DJ Package which includes everything for the perfect Wedding reception. We also now offer elegant upgrade packages to make your Wedding stand out. We offer many upgrades that you can find on our upgrades page and the list continues to grow every year.
STANDARD WEDDING PACKAGE
Includes: 4 hours of music of your choice, a 2 person DJ Team to ensure that your event runs smoothly, 1 wireless microphone (toast, speeches & all announcements), dance floor lighting, three- (3) speaker sound system which includes one- (1) sub-woofer, helpful planning sheets for the reception and a personal planning session either in person, phone or video conference. Fee $1,400.00
Each additional hour is $350.00 or Fee $175.00 for 30 minutes.

THE BALDASSARRI

- Our ceremony set up is small and compact and hidden out of the way for the Wedding ceremony.

- Base DJ set up with the booth area only up-lit. Nice & elegant looking set up with our crystal clear Bose F1-812 flexible array speaker sound system with our 1,000 watt Yamaha DRS18 subwoofer for a great sound!!
Adds Music for Everything (Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception)
It is now very common for your Ceremony and Reception to be held at the same location. This package has got you covered for the whole affair. This includes our Standard Wedding Package and now stretches the time to 5 ½ hours of time and adds a second smaller DJ set up for music and PA system for your Ceremony. Light background music prior to ceremony, your choice of Ceremony songs (Processional & Recessional). This also includes 2 wireless microphones (1 handheld with stand if needed & 1 lapel microphone) so all of the guests can hear your special vows. Also 1 speaker included for Cocktail hour with nice uplifting music in the background while your guests socialize and get primed for the reception!! The reception includes an experienced MC with over 30 years of professional wedding experience to lead you and your guests through the desired events of the reception with our crystal clear Bose sound system as well as: a 1,000 watt sub-woofer, dance floor lighting and scrims to cover our poles to hide all of the wires in either black, white or a combination of both for an elegant looking DJ station. Adds Wireless Up-Lighting
The Walker includes our Standard Wedding Package along with our popular up-lights. This 4 hour package adds of our high –tech interactive up-lights which are wireless and battery operated (no wires!!). Wedding lighting isn’t a reception detail to overlook: Up-lighting has the power to completely transform a room with the flick of a switch. We provide 18 beautiful lights that are small (5”x5”x6”), white, elegant and powerful!! These lights have a giant color pallet with 236 color choices that can be programed to: 1 color or multiple, fade, chase or dance to the beat of the music for a great visual effect while dancing. Up-Lighting is the hottest trend for Wedding Receptions and is a way to accent the architecture in your reception ballroom, barn or outside your wedding venue. The lights are situated discreetly on the ground around the perimeter of your ballroom and they project light upwards creating a pillar effect of light. Up-lighting is a very effective way to dramatically improve the ambience of an event space. Fee $1,950.00

- Wedding ceremony on the roof top of the Grand Hotel in Poughkeepsie, NY. We include two-(2) wireless mics (a lapel for the officiant and a handheld mic for readings and exchange of vows.

Adds our Photo Booth, Wireless Up-Lighting & 2 Flat screens (Photo Montage, Music Videos, Live Camera…)
This includes the Baldassarri Package (Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception) 5 ½ hours and adds to it with our most popular upgrades. This includes 2 flat screen TV’s, 18 wireless up-lights and an open-air photo booth. The The TV’s are great for visual effects to enhance your reception. With today’s technology at work we can do many exciting things to add to your reception. Such as: a photo slide show (where you can share your memories with your guests during your first dance and or dances with parents or loved ones), live video camera (showing the guests having a great time on the dance floor), music videos (we have a vast video music library with all of today’s great hits, as well as the great songs from the past all in radio edited format. Ex. Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, Whitney Houston, Bruno Mars, Usher, Spice Girls, Journey, Earth, Wind & Fire, Neil Diamond, Isley Brothers + many more…) We also have the ability to print text on the screens and change any text at any moment (your names, date of event and more would scroll across the screens as well as any messages). Zapp photos. Here we take a bunch of photos during the event and build a photo montage of your Wedding reception. The photos automatically down load into our photo montage program and then up to the TV’s for a very cool effect during the event. All of these things can be done and we can switch through what we want to show on the TV’s. A great interactive experience that the guests always enjoy!! We also include our popular wireless/battery powered up-lights (18) to dramatically improve the ambience of your event space. The lights are interactive and are easily operated with our controller. This package also includes our popular open-air photo booth to help create lasting memories for you and your guests. We add an attendant to operate the booth and include unlimited photos during the reception which would have your names, date and theme printed in your custom designed footer for the photo strips. We include all kinds of fun props & signs for the guests to enjoy. Our 18 megapixel Canon camera ensures beautiful pictures that can be blown up with no distortion. We offer a choice of backdrops. With an open-air photo booth, all of the guests can observe the fun. You also receive a thumb drive including all of the photos taken from the booth at the end of the reception. The Lopez is a big fun package which gives you the best of what we have to offer in one comprehensive package. Fee $4,025.00
